1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Age and Residency

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. asia28 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will terminate any account found to belong to a person under the minimum age requirement.

• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of asia28, or immediate family members thereof.

• Persons who have previously had their asia28 account terminated for violation of these Terms.
• Individuals registered on any self-exclusion list or diagnosed with gambling addiction without having completed a responsible gaming program and lifted their self-exclusion.

3.3 Verification of Eligibility

asia28 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. You agree to provide accurate documentation promptly upon request, including but not limited to your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of address dated within the last three months, and any other documents we deem necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use the asia28 Service, you must create a personal account by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred username and password. You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be closed and any winnings forfeited.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Service is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information immediately if any changes occur. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and may constitute criminal fraud under Indonesian law.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Not allow any other person to access your account or use your credentials.
• Immediately notify asia28 if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
• Log out of your account when accessing the Service from shared or public computers.

You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including unauthorized use by third parties, and agree that asia28 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.4 KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal or at any time asia28 deems necessary, we will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy or photograph of your KTP (Indonesian National Identity Card) showing all four corners and readable text.
• Proof of address such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months showing your name and current residential address.
• A selfie photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face for identity confirmation.
• Any additional documentation we may reasonably request to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or source of funds.

KYC verification typically takes 1-24 hours. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have limited withdrawal privileges or may be restricted from certain promotions.

5. Deposits and Account Funding

5.1 Deposit Methods

asia28 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Indonesian players:

• Bank transfer from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), and other major Indonesian banks.

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Deposits made via bank transfer during banking hours (typically 08:00 to 16:00 WIB on business days) are processed within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may take up to 24 hours to process.

5.3 Deposit Terms

By making a deposit, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the authorized account holder of the bank account or payment method used for the deposit.
• The funds deposited are not derived from illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any criminal enterprise.
• You will not initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute after completing a deposit, except in cases of proven unauthorized transactions.
• You understand that deposited funds are intended for betting and gaming purposes and not for money transfer, currency exchange, or other non-gaming activities.

5.4 Deposit Fees

asia28 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transfer fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account has completed full KYC verification.
• You have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• You have provided accurate bank account details matching your verified identity.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by account status and VIP tier:

• Standard accounts: 12-24 hours for verified accounts.
• Silver VIP tier: 6-12 hours for verified accounts.

Processing times refer to internal review time. Once approved, bank transfers typically arrive within 1-3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule. E-wallet withdrawals typically arrive within 1-24 hours.

6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

asia28 reserves the right to:

• Request additional identity verification, source of funds documentation, or security checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Limit withdrawal amounts per transaction, per day, per week, or per month based on account history and regulatory requirements.
• Refuse withdrawal requests that fail to meet these Terms or that asia28 reasonably suspects are related to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

asia28 does not charge fees for the first three withdrawals per month for verified accounts. Additional withdrawals within the same calendar month may be subject to a processing fee of Rp 25,000 per transaction. VIP Gold tier members receive unlimited free withdrawals.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

asia28 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are awarded at asia28's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players aged 21+ who have completed KYC verification and made at least one qualifying deposit.
• Bonus funds typically carry wagering requirements (turnover requirements) that must be met before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and will be specified in the promotional terms, typically ranging from 5x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates will be specified in the bonus terms, with slots typically contributing 100% and table games contributing at lower rates.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in syndicate play to manipulate bonuses.
• Using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk (e.g., opposite side betting, low-risk accumulator systems).

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses forfeited, winnings voided, and accounts may be permanently terminated. asia28 reserves the right to withhold or confiscate any funds obtained through bonus abuse.

8. Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by asia28. We reserve the right to refuse any bet or limit bet amounts at our sole discretion. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your account history, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. Bets placed with incorrect odds due to obvious errors (palpable errors) may be voided.

8.2 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is postponed, suspended, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned, or settlement may be delayed until the event is rescheduled, depending on the specific sport rules published on our platform. For football matches, if a match is abandoned before completion, bets are typically voided unless otherwise stated in the market-specific rules.

8.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting is offered on selected events. Odds and available markets change rapidly during live events. There may be a short delay between bet placement and confirmation due to feed latency. If significant events occur during this delay (e.g., a goal is scored), asia28 reserves the right to reject the bet or void it after acceptance.

9. Casino Gaming Rules

9.1 Game Fairness

All casino games offered on the asia28 platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested and audited by independent third-party testing agencies. Game outcomes are random and cannot be manipulated by asia28 or players. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent theoretical long-term returns.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error, all bets placed on the affected game round will be voided and stakes returned. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection when playing. asia28 is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or technical problems outside our control.

9.3 Maximum Wins

Certain games may have maximum win limits per game round or per day as specified in the game rules. Progressive jackpot amounts are clearly displayed and are paid according to the game provider's terms.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating or fraudulent activity.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by asia28

asia28 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, provided false information, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our Service or comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, any bonus funds and pending bets may be voided, and remaining real money balance (if any) may be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to asia28.

11.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to voluntarily close your account or take a temporary break from gambling, you may request self-exclusion through our Responsible Gaming page or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, asia28 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or winnings due to account suspension or termination.
• Technical errors, software malfunctions, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or banks.
• Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it and close your account.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which asia28 is licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
